Now in its 65th edition, MIG is the world’s oldest exhibition dedicated to ice cream.

This landmark edition will offer a comprehensive view of the entire ice cream supply chain. Alongside classic proposals, the event will spotlight organisations and businesses that are embracing new dietary trends. As consumer preferences shift toward more ethical and sustainable choices, the market is evolving fast. According to data from the Osservatorio VEGANOK, plant-based ice cream in Italy grew by +17.3% in 2023 compared to 2021, with an additional +6.8% increase recorded in the first few months of 2024. The trend is also gaining traction in Germany—a country historically linked to MIG and now among Europe’s leaders in launching vegan food and beverage products.
