They also contain all the essential amino acids, they are rich in vitamin E and mineral salts from valuable nutritional properties, including iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.
The SI & NOQuinoa, amaranth and buckwheat also contain 60% less salt than the other SI & NO and for their production are used unrefined organic raw materials that guarantee the product a good source of fiber.
