The history of the restaurant takes shape in the early 1900s, thanks to grandmother Semiramide.
Since then, the same love and passion has been handed down from generation to generation.
Since 2006, the business has been run by Pierluigi and Chiara who, observing the work of their parents and reading in their eyes the joy of having realized their dream, decided to invest all their energies to make it come true.
Pierluigi’s experience as a cook, combined with Chiara’s experience as an attendant in the dining room, who is also excellent in English, represent a perfect combination that allows them to offer their customers the best of Umbrian cuisine and hospitality every day.
Their commitment and hard work is rewarded every day by the favorable comments of the guests, as well as by the numerous emails they receive.
Notable appreciations have also come from publications in specialized magazines in Italy and abroad, all confirmed in 2008 with the participation in the transmission “La prova del cuoco” on Rai1.
Grandma Semiramide’s dream lives every day in their dishes and passion and dedication to the work they do.
