Dario Beluffi is a young pastry chef, from the age of 15 he started to get interested in this job, and for years he has studied the basics and traditions of pastry and Italian ice cream. Today, after more studies and trials, he has developed a conversion system and creation of vegan recipes. Currently he is writing a book of vegan and health-conscious recipes that will introduce a new approach to the process and new ingredients for the sector.
