The ice cream shop “15 Sottozero” is right in the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura and offers excellent artisan ice cream and a wide selection of vegan tastes. You can find up to 11 total fruit flavors according to season, even zero km: peach, melon, apricot, blackberry, prickly pear, strawberry, kiwi; and throughout the year: strawberry, lemon, banana, pear, pineapple. Also available are pistachio and hazelnut flavors worked with the base of OLVI Fugar, and dark chocolate.
