According to data from the <strong>Osservatorio VEGANOK<\/strong>, plant-based ice cream in Italy grew by <strong>+17.3% in 2023 compared to 2021<\/strong>, with an additional <strong>+6.8% increase recorded in the first few months of 2024<\/strong>.
