The puff pastry of Lentils Náttúra from organic farming are yeast free and without palm oil. They have a high protein content (25.2% protein) thanks to the use of Lentil flour which makes them perfect for integrating the daily intake of protein. They are also rich in minerals such as manganese, iron, potassium and zinc. In particular, the Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, while the Potassium contributes to maintenance of normal blood pressure. Ideal as a substitute for bread or as a snack during the day. Also recommended as an accompaniment to aperitifs.
