This Bio cakes combines whole and ancient cereals (barley, rye, oats) to “pseudocereals” (quinoa and amaranth) and nutritional rich seeds (chia, flax, hemp). Crispy and tasty, they are both high in phosphorus and magnesium content and a source of iron and omega-3 fatty acids. Ideal to be enjoyed instead of bread, for breakfast or main meal, or for a tasty break during the day.
