Knam’s Chocolate Sauce

Product Description

Compound ingredient in paste for ice cream and confectionery products. A chocolate sauce signed by Ernst Knam, free of milk and hazelnut derivatives, to have a strong, dark and persistent taste. The sauce can be used in the cone as a filler, in layering on ice cream, as a variegation, as a filling (filler) and for the preparation of delicious sorbets with 50% sauce and 50% water.
