Hotel_VillaClaudia_Vegan First we aim to improve the menu in terms of quality: the breakfast is almost entirely organic, sweet and homemade bread daily using organic flour, always looking for products that have the least possible environmental pollution. Pasta is exclusively organic, some days kamut or spelled, also partly integrated. As for lunch and dinner, the buffet of vegetables is composed largely of products coming directly from the countryside. Top quality products, freshly picked, delicious and very healthy, without any treatment.
