Since adolescence she has had a passion for pastry making. A few years ago she discovered the exciting vegan world and started baking vegan sweets. Not satisfied with being self-taught, she learnt about Chef Maria Luisa Lucherini’s online school “Dolci Vegani” (already accredited as a VEGANOK professional) and thus began the path to become a Vegan Pastry Chef, completing it with excellent results and a great desire to continue learning. She continues her path following group courses with Chef Emanuele Di Biase – director of VEGANOK Academy – until, in December 2019, she decides to do a long individual course with him to deepen her knowledge in pastry and salty cooking.
