SUD offers a cuisine of reworking of the tradition of the territory that uses modern cooking methods to respect and enhance the natural ingredients, using a short chain and preferring local products and small producers. They produce everything they serve themselves and their oven uses only unrefined organic flours. They offer a wide selection of also vegan dishes, paying the utmost attention to all food allergies.
SUD offers a careful selection of about 200 labels including bubbles, white, rosé, red and dessert wines and beers. Particular attention is paid to small producers, local wineries, producers of natural and bio-dynamic wines and unfiltered craft beers. The brigade of the room, with 2 sommeliers at your service, is ready to advise each guest on the right dish, the right combination and pay maximum attention to all requests and any intolerances.
