Not only vegan

Our pizzeria “Pizz’Italia” is located in the outskirts of Lucca, about 5 minutes from the historic center, we use quality fresh vegetables that grilled directly in the wood oven, our four-flour dough composed of rice flour, soy flour, wheat flour 0, dried sourdough. We have an integral dough made by us with local stone ground flours, we use a VEGANOK certified Torrente tomato, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh basil. Our cecina is prepared with stone-ground flour of only national chickpeas. In addition to being a pizza takeaway we also have tables to enjoy our products directly on the spot.
