He worked for several years as scientific popularizer in education often talking about nutrition education to students of primary and secondary schools of First Instance. Currently she works as nutritionist in Perugia and is part of the group of “Nutrition for the Environment”, which aims to disseminate nutrition education content according to Kousmine method. He continues to develop projects with schools and other institutions of Umbria. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Vegani Italiani Onlus Association.
