Their first activity began about thirty years ago on the coast of Salento and eleven are also present in the historic center of Perugia.
In 1997, when gluten intolerance was not yet widespread and known, they began to specialize in the preparation of gluten-free and lactose-free sweet and savory crepes.
Their activity excels in this type of preparations, which are able to satisfy even vegan customers.
