Restaurant La Luce opened its doors in Spring 2018 when after many years working in a traditional restaurant chef Andrea and his wife Regina decided that time for innovation in food had come. Research, passion and development of a life philosophy devoted to vegetable cuisine ultimately lead to the foundation of La Luce. La Luce offers a wide variety of choice among starters, first courses, main courses and desserts. According to the seasonality and availability of the ingredients, chef Andrea proposes new recipes every month. Natural origin and ethical growing are key to determine which ingredients will be used. Up to 50% of the ingredients are coming from the owners’ vegetable garden which is organic farmed without use of chemicals. The interior has been completely redesigned creating two separate areas where all materials used are in line with the owners’ philosophy. Bamboo has been chosen for its resistance and antibacterial properties, whereas table accessories are made of hemp fibers coming from the recycling of hemp and the single use clothes are completely biodegradable. Last but not least, an application allows you to read the menu and make your choice without use of paper. Our guests will take their time in a relaxed and informal atmosphere where light (that is where the name La Luce comes from), love and passion for details will fulfill all senses and make them feel at home.
