Giusy is degree in Biotechnology for Health Sciences and Human Nutrition. Admitted to the Biologist, he has practiced as a Biologist Nutritionist in Naples. He attended the Masters in Vegetarian Nutrition at the University of the Marches. He is interested in vegan nutrition especially in children and disease states. Member of the Scientific Committee of Vegani Italiani Onlus Association.
