I’m Enza Arena. For some years I have changed my passion for creative art in an even stronger passion for the art of pastry, exactly vegan pastry. I deal with cooking, in a broad sense, from 2014 when, after spending so much time studying the most diverse techniques and technologies, I created the blog in 2015, publishing my recipes and articles related to pastry (and not only) revisited in a vegan key. At the same time I get the job from various associations to organize the first courses of vegan cuisine, achieving a success that really exceeds expectations.
