Emanuele Di Biase has won five times the title of Italian Pastry Champion, and he was pastry chef of the restaurant “Dolce Vegan” in Florence as well as many other vegan reality that through his teachings now they boast a high-quality production. Emanuele does his job with passion and professionalism. His creations are a demonstration of how to be vegan does not mean giving up something or to deprive yourself of the pleasures of the table, but rather is an enrichment and a way to enjoy life in full respect of the animals, the environment and themselves. Emanuele Di Biase also participates in vegan events with workshops and demonstrations and conducts cooking classes, desserts and baked so that the food is good ethics within everyone’s reach.
