The passion for pastry was passed on to her by her mother. Since she was a child she loved to see her busy in the kitchen and when she was at work she tried to copy her recipes to surprise her with a dessert when she returned. A passion that growing up, however, she put in the drawer.
Veganism opened her eyes to a wonderful world and so in 2017 she decided to leave everything behind to pursue her dream: to create sweets!
She first started as a self-taught following book and video recipes on social media until in 2019 she discovered the online pastry school “Dolci Vegani” and in May 2021, after a beautiful course of study, she obtained the qualification of Vegan Pastry Chef.
