The gastronomy has competent staff and always new recipes. Antica Casa Rava is very classic, with Formica tables, items from the 50s and 60s, selected music, homemade moka coffee. The choice came from the strong bond of the owner with her origins: her grandparents, on her father’s side, worked the land and sold their own products at the market. Furthermore, they used to make the wine with their own grapes. Her grandparents, on her mother’s side, were more urban, attached to ﬁne cuisine and healthy nutrition. Fruits and vegetables were always present, the pasta was homemade and the tomato sauce was prepared in the backyard. This is what Antica Casa Rava offers: genuine dishes with local resources, as much as possible zero-mile products and rigorously biological, selected raw materials to give the best experience to our clients. In addition to that, everything is handmade. The fresh pasta, whether filled or not, is always homemade, exactly as grandmas used to do, with the only use of a dough sheeter and a rolling pin. The gnocchi are prepared with fresh potatoes; the tofu, the seitan and the homemade veggy cheeses are all rigorously vegan and eco-sustainable. The energy we use is eco-friendly as well, only 100% green, coming from renewable sources.
